In 2020, we asked a simple question: Why does quality leather cost like luxury branding?
We found the answer in Pakistan. A 20-year-old leather manufacturer showed us something the industry keeps quiet: exceptional leather exists as a by-product of meat production. It exists either way. Most of it gets wasted. We decided to protect it instead.
We partnered with specialists across Pakistan—vegetable-tanned experts, sheep leather artisans, hair-on cowhide masters. Each hide type deserves its expert. That's how we source. That's how we do it.
Our Standard: 70% Rejection
Every hide gets hand-selected. We check grain, color, thickness, texture. 70% don't make the cut. That 30% approval rate means you're getting leather we'd actually use ourselves—not "good enough," but built to last 10–25 years with care.
Hassaan Sultan, our lead operator, brings 20 years of leather expertise to every batch. He doesn't just source—he certifies, tests, rejects entire shipments that don't meet our standards. His name is on this because his judgment protects yours.
Why Natural Cowhide
