30-Day Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-measure jackets
• Personalized or modified products
• Gift cards and clearance items

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we send the wrong item, size, or a faulty product, Mulch Leather Co will cover return shipping and issue an exchange or refund as preferred.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered production or shipment. After production begins, cancellation isn’t possible.

Exchange Requests

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or material, please contact us first. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Ethical & Material Transparency

We offer genuine leather, vegan leather, and other premium materials. All genuine leather used is sourced only from animals that are part of the food industry — never for fashion alone.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mulchleather.com with your order number and clear photos.

Important Notes

• Always use a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Please choose your size carefully — we provide detailed size guides and support.
• Promotional and discounted items may be excluded from full refunds.

How to Return an Item

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products. To initiate a return, please email support@mulchleather.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and shipping instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
